How do I plan a trip?
Simply click on the map to add stops, or use the search box to find specific locations. The AI will automatically optimize your route and provide real-time traffic updates.
How does the AI optimization work?

Can I use Haerriz Maps offline?
Yes! Haerriz Maps is a Progressive Web App that works offline. Install it on your device for the best experience. Some features like real-time traffic require an internet connection.
How accurate is the traffic data?
We use real-time traffic analysis based on road types, time of day, and geographic factors. While we strive for accuracy, always check current conditions before traveling.
What transport modes are supported?
Haerriz Maps supports driving, walking, cycling, and public transit (where available). You can switch between modes or use mixed-mode planning for complex journeys.
Technical Support
Why can't I access my location?
Location access may be blocked by your browser or device settings. Check your browser permissions or use the search function to manually set your starting location.
The map is not loading properly
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If problems persist, try using a different browser.
How do I export my trip?
Click the "Export" button in the actions section to download your trip as a JSON file. This includes all stops, routes, and travel information.

What data do you collect?
